As a child, Leah remembers having a cash register by Fisher-Price as her favorite toy
and Monopoly being her favorite board game. While at school she sold hand-made

I received beauty training in New York covering advanced color theory, season analysis, professional image, body type analysis and clothing personality. Additionally, I have worked as a trainer of beauty representatives instructing in technique for makeup application using sterile technique, undertone analysis, the five universal skin care steps and how they apply to differing skin types, and professional image (the power of a good first impression).
My individual color analysis assessments include evaluation of undertone, intensity, chroma and a seasonal analysis in order to give the client a good understanding of the colors that will create an overall harmony in his/her appearance.
I offer professional image classes for high school students in order to give them the necessary information they need to make a good first impression on job interviews and in the workplace.
The above is the factual run down of my experience and training; however, my real passion is the coupling of my training in outer beauty with the encouragement in the realization of the inner beauty that we can have in Christ, and how it can complete us as a woman bringing a peaceful presence into our lives -- both in the way we look and in the way we handle our daily lives. Judith Bartonne products are the result of many years of testing and developing skin care and cosmetics by a mother and daughter team who loved working together and creating products that women would immediatelsy recognize as effective and easy to use.
In 1958 Aubrey McDonald was asked to test a new line of Skin Care products developed by a cosmetic chemist for the movie industry. Aubrey had never had anyone compliment her skin. However, after she had been using the products for few weeks, friends started asking her if she was getting more sleep, feeling better, or had been on vacation. Since none of those things had happened, the products truly were making her look better and soon she started to receive comments on her pretty complexion. Being the consummate salesperson that she was, she convinced the chemist to keep her supplied afer the testing until she could find a way to market them.
In 1961, Aubrey was approached to join a startup cosmetic company and agreed to become a partner if she could select and develope the product line. The company was incorporated and named Fashion Two Twenty on 2/20/62 - the day astronaut John Glenn made his historic orbit of the earth. The products were eagerly accepted by women across the country. Aubrey's dream to share her favorite products was realized.
Aubrey's daughter Judy, joined the company in 1964 and soon began developing unique products, fragrances and innovative packaging. She received several national and international awards for creative products and packaging, including induction into the International Biographical Centre for Business Achievement in Cambridge, England. She was a judge for the Braun Foundation International Packaging Exposition in New York where designers from all over the world submitted packaging ideas.
In the late 1970's Aubrey and Judy developed another line of skin care products, "Aubrey Creations". Aubrey truly believed that when you do what you love, it ceased to become work and she did not retire until age 75. She then renamed the line "Judith Bartonne". Today, Aubrey still receives compliments on her complexion, looking far younger than her 90 plus years.
The Skin Care products have been refined over the years, as new ingredients have come on the market. Aubrey always promised, "When finer products are available, we will have them". That is still true today. We are very proud of our line and our clients - many of whom have been with us over 40 years, saying that they can't be without our products. For example; two Florida customers, whose homes had been seriously damaged by hurricanes, immediately called needing skin care. That speaks volumes about their loyalty and belief in us.
Judy inherited her eye for color from her maternal grandmother who used to tell her little girl Aubrey what colors she looked good in and which ones to avoid - all in the early 1900's. She later did the same with her granddaughter Judy. When Judy became a color analyst, she realized that all the advice she and Aubrey received was absolutely correct. Years of study and experience and working with hundreds of women, have resulted in Judy becoming recognized as an expert in how color effects our appearance, how we feel , our personality and surrounding. All this resulted in the shades and colors selected for the Judith Bartonne line being classically inspired yet up-to-date. If you would like to know which colors you look best

First of all, time flies! 2008 marks the 4th year in which I have
been training Miss Singapore International pageants for the past 4
years! Other than preparing them for the national pageants, each
year's Queen will also go through personalised trainings under us to
prepare them for the international compettions!
Next, I have been invited as Master Lecturer- Trainer in a beauty institute to conduct
evening academy trainings in areas of Image Training, Professional
Makeup Artistry and even Hairstyling since end 2006!
I have also received my Certifications in Certified 'Master Image Consultant',
'Image Trainer & Examiner', etc. and even went through a course and got
a International Certification in 'Master Image Consultant- Trainer'!
Also, I have been engaged to spearhead another company to head them in
the Corporate, Educational, Academy & Image Trainings! 2008 also
marks the year in which I was invited to South Africa to be the Master
Keynote Speaker for their International Conference! Truly, it has
been a blessed year.
