Submitting Your Application Forms
If you prefer to pay via mail, simply download the Application Form and check off your membership type. Make out your check to TEB Associates. When mailing in your application form payment using a credit card, please include the following information:

3 digit code on back of card

You may omit anything that is already on the application form

Supporting members must have a website that will be of interest to fashionsenseclub viewers in the topics listed on the "Member Links" page and must be "family" friendly. Others of same or similar interest may be considered as well.
Fashionsenseclub has the option of rejecting any that may not be suited for it's viewers.
To be listed on the site as a supporting member there is a monthly fee of $10.
To be considered for Supporting Membership, please email your site information.
Once your infomation has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive a PayPal invoice for the above amount.
