 Shipping Your Online Order

Delivery Charges

All deliveries are made through USPS (United States Post Office) via Priority Mail. This cost is typically less than $5.00 for most orders in the USA.  For orders that may require more postage, you will be notified by email for extra shipping charges prior to your order being shipped.

Two-Day Delivery

Most orders are shipped within two days and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Please note two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (EST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International Deliveries

A base USPS Priority Mail postal charge (typically $10 to $20) will be quoted at the time of order placement that could be amended at a later date for additional charges in the foreign country. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Additional Address

You may request any items to be shipped to another address when ordering at no extra charge; ie, gifts.
Delivery to Post Office Boxes
Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.
Perishable Goods
Certain perishable items (perfumes) can only be within the contiguous U.S. only. These items cannot be delivered to PO boxes and cannot be gift -wrapped.
Drop Ship Items
Drop ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door (Color Me Beautiful and Renaud Naturals) Second-day and next-day shipping are not available on these items. Generally, you may expect your items within 5 to 7 working days. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

 Returns & exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return (within 20 days) of purchased items in the original condition for a full refund of the original purchase price.

Please allow two to three days for the processing of your refund.

All fragrance and cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued.

For cosmetic color consultation, we recommend contacting fashionsenseclub and asking to speak with a cosmetic specialist, who will be happy to assist with selections matching your skin tone and type.

By Mail
On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price toward another purchase, or receive a refund. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to:

Please note: When a gift item is returned, a TEB Associates Credit gift card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned item. The credit gift card can be used for online purchases from fashionsenseclub.com.

 Price adjustments

We want to ensure the accuracy of pricing on fashionsenseclub.com, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may infrequently occur.

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.

If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

 Order cancellation

You may cancel any Fashionsenseclub order via email or phone for a full refund as long as the order status is "in process via PayPal." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. If for some reason you want to return the item, you have 20 days to do so. A refund will only be issued via PayPay or ProPay.  You may also opt for a Gift Card Credit in lieu of a refund.

 Merchandise & availability

Fashionsenseclub offers a various selection of items, which are mostly available. If for some reason, an item is not available, we will notify you of the expected ship date or offer a  refund in the item is no longer available. We frequently add new items, such as designer jewelry and new products to our selection-stay updated by registering for fashionsenseclub e-mail.

 Credit card use

Fashionsenseclub accepts the following credit cards for secure online purchases though PayPal and Propay: if items are phoned in, we will process your card through Propay or PayPal depending on the item.

Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved.  If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.

Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved.

Order Updates: We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering.    * Excluding items shipped from affiliated vendors; ie, Amazon.com and Walmart.
